Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a return option.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• You receive a defective product

• The wrong product is delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused

• Product must be in original packaging

• All accessories and invoices must be included

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer policies or hygiene reasons.
